Budget Over $150,000 “Best In Texas Festival” Best in Texas Festival is a four day celebration of all the things that make Texas Great! The festival features Great Texas Music, Art, Crafts, Rides, Food, drink and a Memorial day celebration! Best Catered Event By a Hotel in a Hotel with a Budget over $35,000 “A Touch of Classical” An evening built around the blending of different genres, generations, music, art and cuisine was what guests enjoyed at the Houston Symphony’s annual Gala. Courses such as ahi tuna ceviche, Australian lamb chops, roasted red snapper, and braised short ribs. “60th Anniversary Opening Night” To celebrate the Fort Worth Opera 60th Anniversary, we were given the opportunity and challenge to transform the Bass Performance Hall lobby into a memorable event; all revealed and experienced during the 1st intermission “Riley’s Runway” Riley’s Runway was a fashion themed Bat Mitzvah that highlighted the child’s love for “Juicy Couture”. The room was decorated in black, pink and white with thousands of flowers, custom bars, cubbies for all of the kids, and non-stop mini plates passed by the caterer. Best Multiple Day Event with a Budget Under $150,000 “Decades of Dance” Our six day theatrical production titled “Decades of Dance” dynamically progressed anticipation from opening night to the final denouement ultimately impressing our client into signing a one year agreement for multiple events to come. Over $150,000 “Chinatown Center Grand Opening” Austin, Texas gained a new landmark in 2006 with its first official Chinatown Center. To celebrate the new landmark, Grand Opening festivities were held all weekend including live international entertainment and a VIP dinner reception. The trend setting floral details took center stage, creating an exceptional atmosphere for the couple and their guests. The floral décor was unique, innovative, and elegant. Best Achievement in Photography “80th Birthday Bash” Photography played a key role at this special event, held for a lovely family patriarch on his 80th birthday. The party brought in many unique surprises & individuals from around the world. Best Achievement in Rental Support “Fabulous Fall Wedding Reception” “This wedding reception has to be FABULOUS! My reputation is on the line with every event!” Well, the planner kept the pressure high. End result - a fabulous nightclub in the woods, under the stars. Best Entertainment with a Budget Over $25,000 “Art In Motion” Art In Motion featured spectacular acrobatic performances on the hotel exterior drawing huge crowds to the Hotel Palomar and was hailed by the press as “better entertainment than any (Dallas) hotel opening thus far”. Best Achievement In Meeting Planning with A Budget Under $500 Per Attendee “TxCOM Dallas Art District Summit” This important meeting brought together members of the Dallas CVB, Government officials and the Art community, to discuss the growth and prosperity that is currently underway, and is directly propelled by the event and convention industry. Best Achievement In Meeting Planning with A Budget Over $500 Per Attendee “Profitable Customer Conference” 2006 User Conference, held at a popular Dallas hotel November 5 - 8, was a huge success boasting 1600 attendees, highest survey results in history of event, and most profitable customer conference in company’s history. $50,000 - $100,000 “Fashion is My Passion” This high fashion themed Bat Mitzvah was designed around upscale retail designers and included a retail store front, a runway, a celebrity model, and larger than life images of the Bat Mitzvah child hanging around the room. Over $100,000 “Arlington Highlands Grand Opening” The Grand Opening Celebration of Arlington Highlands, was held Saturday, May 5, 2007. The celebration entertained ten thousand attendees with the Taste of Arlington Highlands, activities for children of all ages, and live music ending with legendary KC and the Sunshine Band and a firework finale.
